I've spoken to some store receivers who mention sitting on the TP and other sought after items until after closing. They will stock what they received after closing so their employees don't get caught between the over anxious (and sometimes violent) customers. Store opening might be the best time to check. Or bribe the shit out of the Receiving team members lol.

This building is so noisy! If one person shuts their door, they all rattle as if someone is breaking in. When my neighbour switches on their bathroom light, or opens a bedroom cupboard, it sounds like it’s coming from inside my place. Scary, when you’re home alone!
