This is the thread where you can go out on a limb and make predictions. Just for fun. You must be willing to eat crow if you’re wrong. No predictions allowed after 9:00 pm ET on Monday.

Senate:
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Georgia
Nevada
Arizona
New Hampshire

Governor:
Oregon
Arizona
Georgia
Florida
New York
Michigan

How many GOP pickups in the House?
—————-

My predictions:
GOP victories in Ohio and Nevada senate races. (No predictions but optimistic about PA and GA, and doubtful but hopeful about AZ and NH)

GOP victories in 3 gubernatorial races: AZ, GA, FL. (Doubtful but hopeful on OR, MI, and NY)

22+ House seat pickups for the GOP

Senate will take a while and will be close. I think it will end up coming down to a Georgia run off which will favor dems and won't change the existing makeup.

House will be won by Republicans before midnight. I don't see much in Ohio changing from that perspective.

Regarding governorship, Ohio is a Republican lock and is the only governor race I care about.

Bolduc is really picking up steam, I like his odds.

Kari Lake telling Biden to go pound sand over the border is a winning strategy for AZ. Hoping and a praying for a win for Lee, N.Y. needs a real crime strategy.

Pubs win senate seats in PA, GA, FL, AZ, NH, OH, NV : MAYBE
Oz over Fetterman
Walker over Warnock
Rubio over Demmings
Masters over Kelly
Bolduc over Hassan
J D Vance over Ryan
Laxalt over Mast WILDCARD

Pick up 30+ in the house. Senate 53/47 PUBS

Can’t call pub women cockroaches, can’t compare voting for pubs will bring us back to nazis rule, can’t continue to tout democracy is on the ballot, our children will disappear from our streets and be killed

I predict yells from both sides of "Election Fraud!" and "We was cheated!".

I predict that some people will be shocked over the results, and some will say their predictions were spot on the money.

And mine will be well out: I predict the Democrats will do much better than expected because of:

1. Abortion, and

2. Aversion to Trump-endorsed candidates who believe the Presidential election was stolen.

Any specifics on what the expectation is that Dem’s will exceed? Like maybe keep the House?

Many states will try to delay announcing results. At least one state will have a riot. National guard units will be sent. They will carry popcorn and maybe organize some mass dance events.

My prediction for what it is worth i.e.nothing:

Yes, keep the House.
Your predictions are as good as mine and anyone else’s. It’s like picking winners in professional sports. We’re all just spitballing until the games are played.

A certain prediction: There will be enormous crowing from non-Democrats.
Less certain: GOP will win House but D's will not lose as many seats as GOP did in the last mid terms.
Another certainty: GOP losers will not congratulate the people that defeated them.
An absolute certainty: Most Americans will be unable to tell you the result in two weeks time.

I think FL, GA AZ go to the GOP Lake has a double digit lead and Hobbs did not help herself by refusing a debate. Of the other three, Witless will win dirty because she could be heading for jail if she loses. OR and NY are both hard to see going red, but both are crazy close and most poles always seem to underestimate the GOP by a point or two.

So 4 GOP Govs.

Senate...Nevada, GA, AZ go red.
Somehow a stroke victim who cannot process info or speak properly and has his wife speaking for him(I say none of this in a mean way, I feel bad for the man, he's not healthy) will still win because the blue no matter who literally don't care if their elected official can speak.

I honestly can't call NH. People consider it blue...but yet they have a GOP gov, house and senate.

I think the GOP will do well in the house because these are people in districts and their voters see first hand what is and isn't being done and this is where the crime rate really dooms the left. They're walking away with a majority, and perhaps a considerable one.

Amazing they think what working class has for healthcare is anything decent and their idea of education was to set kids back 1-2 years because of lockdowns, and also think education involves groomers trying to talk young kids into sex changes.

The dems never have an answer that's not finger pointing and whataboutism.

That's why they're in the mess they're in. Not being Trump isn't a platform.

Witless will win dirty because she could be heading for jail if she loses.
So your prediction here is that whoever this candidate is will cheat and win?

I'm sure if they win and you have no evidence.of cheating, you will admit that you accused them of breaking the law without merit?

Senate:
Ohio - Vance
Pennsylvania - Fetterman
Georgia - Warnock (maybe with a runoff)
Nevada - Masto
Arizona - Kelly
New Hampshire - Hassan

Governor:
Oregon - R
Arizona - D
Georgia - R
Florida - R
New York - D
Michigan - D

How many GOP pickups in the House?
Maybe ten or so.

That's pretty specific. I just think the Congress will be turned over and in that Red Wave, as per usual, there will be a lot of wavering Deep Purple and at least on McCain-type replacement for Liz Cheney and the whole damned thing will be as dysfunctional as ever, but I am looking forward to the investigations into the Biden and FBI crime syndicates.

Vote Libertarian!

Side Note:

For those of you who see the Republicans "surging" in the final polls,
that's just the normative corrections to the polling methodologies design to recreate credibility...

That's pretty much where they've really been for the last six months.
It's as corrupt a racket as the MSM and Social Media.

IMHO

I would like to know the specific names and when/where of any GOP candidate who actually said that "5th graders should be forced to have babies" OR "we should overturn election results we don't like."

NOT interpretations, opinions, metaphores, or anything else, put up the ACTUAL QUOTES.

Or STFU forever.

But will you be "shocked" when your prediction doesn't come true?

But will you be "shocked" when your prediction doesn't come true?
NO. Saddened, but not shocked. Saddened because you would have a President who couldn't do anything and the US would be in limbo for the next two years.

If I was a US voter I would be torn between two sets of bad. Which is worst? I think the election deniers are - just, but it would be a close call that might be decided by the persons standing where I vote.

Senate:
Ohio: R
Pennsylvania: R
Georgia: R
Nevada: D
Arizona: R
New Hampshire: D

^^ this being said I think GA and PA will be tight.

Governor:
Oregon: Toss-up....all indicators show this to be one of the tighter if not the tightest race for governor happening.
Arizona: Solid R.
Georgia: R
Florida: R by a landslide.
New York: D solid.
Michigan: I think this will be a very close D win.

Nothing out of the ordinary or a major swing federally.

I think where where we will see a real big shift is going to be locally in elections for school board, sheriff, various judicial offices, mayors, city councils etc. I think the Democrats are going to get beat up there pretty bad.
