Why do dogs HAVE to lay on the dirty laundry that you've sorted? They have beds. They have pillows. They have furniture for cripes sake! Why the dirty laundry?!? grrrrr

Actually there is a good reason.

For one its comfortable.

But dogs are also pack animals. They smell the clothes and its natural for them to lay upon them. My dog used to lay on my clothes when he wasnt feeling well or when he wanted to have his own time. I always looked at him and smiled.

They love your smell. My dog almost always has a shoe or an article of worn clothing (if she can find it) with her.

All of my laundry is caught up now though because my mom is visiting me.

Why does a black and white cat only shed black hairs on light-colored clothing, and white hairs only on dark-colored clothing??

I used to think you just couldn't see the other hairs, but I've tested the theory and found that only the noticeable hairs are shed.

Princess, my idiot dog lays on everything and anything he feels like. That means, the sofa, the bed, in front of the door, on the dirty laundry, in the middle of the farking floor so I trip over him when I'm walking thru. It's just one of those things all dogs do.
