Daddy Dom's and Babygirls

Last summer for about 6 months, when I first joined Lit, I was in a relationship online that while maybe not a true Dr/lg relationship it had many elements of such a relationship. It was a truly wonderful experience and broke my heart when he decided to leave Lit and ended all online activities. And before anyone gets any ideas, I am not looking for a replacement.
I’ve met some really nice people here.
 
4 ways my Daddy (the calm one and my rock) helps regulate my nervous system when I'm anxious:
  1. The Sway - A simple slow dance rocking back and forth, chest to chest, helps my heart rate slow.
  2. 20 Second Hug - releases oxytocin which reduces stress and allows me to exhale fully.
  3. 10 Minute (or more) Hand in Hand Walk - The rhythmic motion of walking together releases endorphins which are natural mood enhancers.
  4. The Spoon - His chest to my back with his arms around me and instantly I feel protected and safe. Whether we're standing or lying, his calm energy helps me relax.
