I think the fashion industry calls her a plus model because she's bigger than an A cup on top.
Meanwhile on the other side of the pond...I saw a pictorial on stumbleupon about the top British models with a picture and their measurements. On average ... I'd say 32F - 22 - 33. So now these girls are starving themselves AND getting massive breast implants. As a man...I can tell you that that's not exactly my type in a woman.
