ChatGPT to write erotic stories? Your opinion?

Correct, you can't run this locally like SD (yet), the models are just too big and need a fleet of GPUs to be able to make predictions. So currently the only game in town is to use OpenAI's GPT3 API.

There are no right or wrong answers for this, there can only be opinions. Its like lab generated meat.

It’s not creative is the issue I have.

It’s programmed based on pre-populated thought, so it’s just gonna look at other stuff and mimic what it knows. Sure, it can take the best of all writers but it can’t BE the writer, it can’t ponder over plot, it can’t wrestle with dilemmas or enjoy fruity, fantastical wordplay and it doesn’t feel the story.

I think the knowledge that someone wrote something and it’s (probably) something that turned them on as they pictured the scene is what makes erotic writing sexy.

Nor does it have a sense of humor. The relatively little supposedly good AI text I have read to date takes... my gosh... two glasses of milk to choke down 'cuz it's so dry.
