i know, what can i say? us asian chicks are babes, and vice versa.
at your all asian parties, do the guys all clump together and the girls try to entice you out from the ring of safety? or have things changed drastically?

heh,
mm

Vice versa? Are you saying that asian chicks are babes, and babes are asian chicks?

Just wondering;)

Hey sweetie--thanks for the kiss. Hope I'm not getting a rep as the resident smart-ass on this thread (emphasis on the ass, not the smart).

DC is still cold, snowy, and now icy as well--why did I decide to live somewhere that has winter?

sorry, too late! you're the smart ass on the thread, and that's just cool. :)
drek, sludge, mush, ice. at least you have a train system so you don't HAVE to drive, right?
you like the kiss? okay, then another for you :)

Well, allow me to return the favor:kiss:

We have a subway in the DC area--but this is the U.S., not a rational country, so the stations in general are few and far between--so I can take the train to work, but anything else (like visiting the grocery store) requires a car...

just to bump the thread ;)

AFM, ask your mom...8 is the lucky number. people pay a lot of money for vanity plates and phone numbers with 8 in them, the more 8's the more they pay.

triple-8 is powerful because 8 is already 2-cubed.

where da heck is everyone?

A :rose: to the lovely MercyMia. I'm here--with the snow in this area, not much else to do but hang out on Lit!

An 'only-in-Japan' post

Someone sent me this picture and it's just so outrageous I'm posting it all around...seems that one of the new fashion trends in Japan is for women to wear skirts that have a print on the rear to make them appear to be see-through, with their panties showing, but the skirts themselves are not transparent at all.

Just what you want to wear for a job interview or something, right? And just what you should have on when you're on the train with a bunch of sukebe salarimen...

i thought the nipple scarves were kind of cute, like over-sized Hershey's kisses. can you imagine walking up to a cute woman on the street and licking her scarf?

how long did you livei n japan, roman? i've heard a lot of pervy things about japan and sex. is it pervy just to me or do the pervetrators compete for highest perviness?

mia

(tendril--if i find where to buy those scarves, i'll get one for you. heh heh heh!)

Yes, you did, AFM...aha, the 3rd thing I can write down in your file.
:)

Where is everyone else? I think Roman is busy chatting with the Maryland ladies.

I'm always busy chatting with anyone--guess I'm just a Lit slut in that respect...but I always like to keep up on what the Lit Asian community is talking about...

So, what are we talking about, anyhow?

hi roman,

a non-sexual question for you: my friend is flying into dulles airport and needs to get to her hotel in bethesda. what is typical in your part of the world? do people rent cars or is there a shuttle bus? should she check if the hotel picks up from the airport? she doesn't want to get laughed at, you see. the face thing and all.

lit slut, huh? but what an elegant slut you are. ;)

mia

Man we're a real minority here :(

What we need is more hot chicks to spice life up a little :D

MM--don't know about elegance, but I do try to be helpful...

Bethesda is about a 40-minute drive on the freeway from Dulles, assuming that there is no traffic. Therefore, a taxi would be prohibitively expensive. Also, it's unlikely that a hotel would send a shuttle that far. The best alternative in my view is to rent a car. The other option is to use a group shuttle service, such as SuperShuttle, which will probably charge $20 for a one-way trip from Dulles to Bethesda. The problem with those services is that your friend may have to wait up to an hour before the shuttle arrives, and then may have to ride around as the other passengers are dropped off, making a 40-minute trip sometimes as much as 90 minutes.

Hope that helps...
