My absolute fave Cajun. Happy Friday !! Any fun plans or just rest and relaxation? You know if you ever ventured to the Carolinas you could hang out with the both of us. And SCcouple as they are our fellow South Carolinians !!

I have good news to report. My Nephew hasn't had a migraine since the end of July. Some mild diet modifications. Magnesium supplement and grape juice. So far the Neurologist advice is working.

Wishing all a good evening. Home from my mom's. I got some writing done and likely will later, but could not get into the spirit of it. I haven't blogged about this yet, but I have to WANT to write or it's forcing it. Which it was earlier.

All of the LIT friends who considered me special in many ways have basically left LIT. I appreciate those of you who enjoy my company, but I have to confess that LIT lose a little of the magic it once had for me.

NRSE, been staying mostly dry, with the occasional good wetness. Going to an outdoor party tonight, which could be interesting. It is with walking distance of the first place we had sex, maybe we'll visit. I'm glad your nephew is doing better.

Brettj, I think the feeling is understandable when you have been on lit for several years and people you like move on.

Had major back spasms this morning, now just a little sore. First time the new cats have experienced me with them. They didn't know what to do when I was on the floor, on elbows and knees stretching out. Mommy cat wanted me to pet her, her kitten wanted to chew on my fingers.

I have the NaNoWriMo novel project: An action/adventure sort of deal with a ghost witch, with a little vampirism thrown in.

I got another piece done at my mom's, plus I found one I'd completed and forgotten about. Add to that a 3rd nearly done. I'm going to pass 525 in a short while and I hope my readers are happy that I'm back with some older characters as well.

My mom's poor cat is really lonely. She's home tomorrow, so that'll be nice for the cat. The neighbor's cat came around too, poor thing looked so lonely and wanted to come in - but my mom's cat (Dusty) isn't too tolerant of others.

Hello NRSE. I might watch it if our skies are clear. We were supposed to get rain today, but none fell.

It is now noticeably fall. The leaves started to change color a day or two back. The nights are cool and I've had my heat on at times.

Took a small writing break and am listening to the oldies Station on TV. Paul Anka's "Lonely Boy" is playing. The first version of it I heard was Donny Osmond when I was a lad.

With leg cramps, I can walk. The spasms are caused by a herniated disk, L4. Every so often it will cause me pain, and sometimes it will hit a nerve, causing my left leg to go numb. Fortunately today, it was just tightness then it released.

I've had the back spasms just above my tail bone. I know suspect it may be the same nerve damage I have elsewhere.

When my leg knots up, I can't walk. Sometimes, even after it has ended, I am in pain and it doesn't go away for a bit.

When my legs cramp, I can rub it out, thanks to being a jock back in the day.

I can to a degree, but it only works to remove the cramping. I've had the pain and residual effects linger for days.

I am amazed how many different story lines Brett can dream up for his sexual tales.

I'm fine now prop, thanks. I had a cramp a few days ago, but it was a small one. I had one that tightened the leg so much it almost went up to the knee. The leg was pretty much dead weight for more than a day.

I'll have a new story up shortly and finished one I have to double check tonight (found an error earlier on but haven't had the chance to get back to it). I have several more in the works, including one I just started an hour ago.
