That's difficult. The most successful 'turn-arounds' come from the person themselves when they are ready. So just try to be supportive til they get to that point. Hard to watch though...

To not care as much about the bad stuff... It can be a horrid place to observe at times.

Definitely the people, which ironically can be the worst thing about Lit too lol. But i have made some amazing friends and met some wonderful people along the way.

Short term? We have friends in town who would probably take us in for a week or two. Long term - we'd have to find a new home.

no, but i’ve noticed my pinkie was getting rather overdeveloped, much like alexander portnoy’s forearm, and decided to give it a break.

Yes. Luckily it was an older e-mail that had long since been given over to become a spam account anyway, so there wasn't much damage to be done. Still a bit of a nuisance, though.

I either throw something together out of clothes I have or thrift shop, or buy them..I’m not handy enough to make them unfortunately

I usually stay at home...I don't have to worry about trick or treaters here at my house...I am up on a hill with a very narrow, windy driveway and it scares people already...no chance anyone tries with me....but i DO usually get a costume and dress up anyway...I enjoy going grocery shopping in my costume...
