Ruby Bridges and her family are on my mind today. I can’t imagine facing such hate, or having to subject my child to what she and so many others had to endure. Her bravery just blows me away.

I would have liked to experience the euphoria the United States must have felt on V-J Day to end World War II.

That they are so much stronger than they think they are and that they can handle what life throws at them. Might not be easy and they might have to ask for help, but they can figure it out.

Take better care of my body, including stopping being a stress/emotional eater, which is never good.

I used to look at the list of birthdays on the main forum page and send Happy Birthday wishes to some who hadn't posted in years, just to see if maybe they still got the emails and might respond. Nobody ever has.

Name a destination you haven't been to yet, but plan on it before you die.
