and pornography is more widely available through the internet, would any Government legislation making access to porn sites more difficult be an infringement of my Civil Liberties?

If sex is the most single driving force in the human emotional makeup and I'm restricted in relieving myself by people who say that I am perverted in doing so, are they trying to force me into a relationship with another human being?

If I prefer to enjoy adult entertainment though the internet rather than with another physical body, is the Government correct in trying to stop me?

Does the Government actually know what to do about internet porn, or are they giving knee jerk responses to the ever vociferous, but basically ignorant of life's little ways, Church?

Does the Church know where it stands on internet porn when God gave us this sexual need, but they are trying to inhibit it?

Are Government and Church playing their usual game of using each other to keep control of the people?

Soon people who choose to live alone will outnumber those who live with partners. When that time comes will the Government and the Church finally be on opposite sides of the fence and lose their centuries old grip on the populace?

These thoughts

are more thought provoking than p_p_mans quite tasteless and ill-timed question as to is whether the U.S constitution is still revelant.

I personally think that if you want to view pornographic material you will find a way to do it no matter what the government tries to do to restrict it.
As to whether it would violate your rights, I really don't know.
If I found out,for whatever reason,
sexual contact was forbidden, it would not affect me a bit.
I would think, well..one less thing to worry about.
