I think I understand your question though my "dude translator" is offline now.

Legalization is moving slowly and will eventually happen (if anything, in the US, the taxes collected will be monstrous).

But, whatever the case, you might want to consider taking a year or decade off from the toke action -- give those 7 remaining synapses a chance to live.

Or he could be talking about the November referendum in Nevada that will decriminalize the possession of up to 3oz of marijuana without regard to whether it's purpose is medicinal.

Nevada has already legalized marijuana for medicinal purposes.
