Sux that FLA and it's folks are being pounded over and over but I hope they all stay safe and come thru the storms intact. Best I was able to do at this time was send 100 bottles of water and 100 bottles of general cleaner down with other things with a truck from The American Legion family of Organizations from Ohio so I hope that's of some help and your all soon seeing views like this again

The picture you attached is just lovely. Here's a picture of the sunrise before Hurricane Charley began this destructive cycle.

We were on our last trip to Silver Glen Springs, and while the sunrise was so beautiful, it was definitely a testament to the saying, "Red sky in the morning, sailors take warning."

Thanks neighbor I used to have a boyfriend in Arlington. I knew the area like the back of my hand...I'm sure it's a lot different now.

Lived in Arlington all my life so far. It has changed quite a bit over the years. All of my old "hideout" spots are now subdivisions. Oh well, those days are long gone now.....

I remember going out to the River, watching the fidler crabs "dance" and getting quite inebriated...right there by the park. I can't remember if it was Ft. Caroline, or not, but the subdivision next to it was something like...Rive St. Johns? again, I was impaired. I also did other things in the woods across from the park, but that's for story time.
