Too many days away from the gym but I kicked ass today and PRd (well, a modern PR) in my KB swing. Felt good to prove myself wrong. The next few weeks are weird to schedule in workouts, so I’ll do my best to go with it.
 
Visiting family for a few days only exercise has been some very flat walks. Need to get back to the gym.
 
Got in a good 30 minutes on the bike and a little bit of upper body/core work. Didn't drink enough water, because I always make that fucking mistake.

The wooder struggle is real especially now that I’m almost always working from home or a coffee shop. At the office, it was a way to get up - refill the wudder cup.
 
I am wide awake an hr before alarm...I should ust get up and work out rn... but warm, cozy bed... a little more sleep will feel good, right!?! (Or groggy and shitty... just getting up!!)

Anyways, personally love Mondays and feel healthy again so ready for a great week! Wish you well all!!
 
After a few weeks of issues from kidney stones, I woke up this morning feeling some normalcy. I’ll most like go slow until my follow-up, but I’m ready to get out and get moving. I’m thinking some walking and simple push-ups, squats, and planks to start.
