Yesterday I saw my Ortho in the morning. The appt ran late, Iโ€™d course.

Had to rush to PT, picked up a sandwich on the way.

PT gave me several new exercises. By the time I made it home I was to beat

Did some stretching, and skipped cardio

Today was bavk to normal. Stretching , cardio and PT exerecises.
 
Keep hammering, folks! It feels so good to set a goal, train your ass off, and crush that goal. Whether that is waking a mile around your block, a half marathon, hitting a deadlift PR, an ultra marathon, or hiking with your kids. Get moving and stay consistent.
 
I finally got myself back in tune with my diet/exercise routine this week after taking a month off. I had a rough month in May but I spent some time getting my head right over the last week or so and am seeing some of the positive gains again.
 
My run was a lot of quick stopped this morning. Iโ€™m not sure if my body was tired or bored. ๐Ÿค”

Iโ€™m still glad I went out but Iโ€™m not sure why some days are awesome and others are a struggle. I feel like water and lifestyle doesnโ€™t change that much.
Many factors effect us. But the main thing is you went out and did something. Some days suck and we drag. Some days are awesome and we crush it. Just keep hammering! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
 
I have days like this where it feels more of a chore than the usually natural high I get from a good long run. Sometimes my body is stiff in ways where it's just not going to cooperate the way I want it to. Great work on sticking with it. The next one will be better! Maybe it's a sign to mix it up a little bit?
Totally. I was thinking about mixing it up and changing my route this morning while I ran. I was wondering if they would help. Iโ€™ll have to try that next time and let you know how it goes.
 
I've finally got back to normal routine. I found different excuses for myself for not going to the gym, but now it's time to move on. Hopefully, I found the https://betterme.world/articles/do-you-weigh-more-after-working-out/ article, coz after I started exercising regularly, I felt like I was gaining and not losing weight. Now, I almost reached the weight I had before the whole pandemic rush started.

Good morning everyone and Happy Sunday! Sorry about being MIA, but I was dealing with a crippling Migraine since Wednesday. Sounds awful! Iโ€™m glad youโ€™re feeling better. I had a coworker whoโ€™d get super bad migraines like that. They were terrible. I get them but instead of pain, I just canโ€™t see very well. And they donโ€™t last too long. Happy to see you back :)
 
It was the first (and hopefully the LAST) time I ever had one. I lied awake in my darkened bedroom for almost 3 whole days before the pain started subsiding. Even the dimmest light hurt my eyes, so I couldn't even distract myself by hanging out here. I'm VERY happy to be back, thank you! ๐Ÿ˜˜

Just a lot of very enjoyable golf and baseball fun this weekend!! Getting back out running tomorrow AM... for now... patio, book, drink. Life.is.goodgreatamaze!

Ugh so sorry. I have migraines sometimes. Iโ€™ve learned to spot them coming and if I respond quick enough I usually can avoid the headache that follows the weird vision.

I highly recommend taking some organic Turmeric and rubbing Peppermint oil in the roof of your mouth. This has saved me so many times.
