👀 What are you watching on ______ (Netflix/HBO Max/Hulu/etc.) 📺💻

I know it was huge but I tried Supernatural and couldn't get into it. Grimm was hit or miss with me, so was Sleepy Hollow. I think Kolchak was great and X-files, horror/paranormal is a hard thing to do well.
I've not heard of Kolchak, but it's on my research list now. I'm always on the hunt for things that give me goosebumps.

The original series is older, mid 70s I think. Started with 2 made for tv movies Night Stangler and Night Stalker, the the show came out Kolchak: the Nightstalker then they just called it Kolchak.
It is dated but it is honestly a proto x-files and Darren McGavin who stared in it was even in the x-files as a sort of call out to fans. My parents loved the show so I got to watch reruns of it and then the old vhs tapes.

YouTube then? Might be the only way I'm able to partake.

Travellers on Netflix. I tunes out after 4 episodes i think and almost stopped, but then it got pretty good. Almost through season 1.

I've been binge watching hunters on prime, watched 1 episode and was hooked

Trying to rewatch Dr. Who on HBO max cause I keep seeing the damn 60th anniversary episode with tennant and tate with nary a release date except 2023 😔

OMG! Twilight Zone on tubi, remake of the original, hosted by Forest Whittaker. Could use creepy music and better opening.

On to season 3 of X-files! (I am a heathen that skips the alien conspiracy arc and loves the monster of the week episodes.)
I'm a heathen too then! Once they put so much focus on the alien arc it went downhill. Same with Supernatural and the end of the world storyline. The best episodes were the stand alone ones, not the multi-season storylines.

Watched Old on HBO. It was a blend of horror and a morality tale and yet also somehow very sweet.

Dead to Me on Netflix (DEFINITELY should have already watched this one) and Servant on AppleTV
