Crimes the Universe has committed against me this morning:

Insane vertigo followed by violent nausea
Hubby dropped my tumbler cup lid .. now it’s cracked and broken but still usable.
Irritating coworkers that ask me questions I don’t have the answer to .., and then double down and ask again.
Stupid samples sent in overnight

Sorry. I realize I should have broken down your post into parts. I certainly wasn't laughing at your back pain. I blew out my lower back when I was in the Navy, in 1991. Three vertebrae knocked out of alignment, and they've never been right since. It had been almost 20 years since I'd last had a bad episode with my back, but this . . . shit. It has been awful.

Oh no, you’re completely good, never thought you were laughing in any way. I blew out 3 discs originally with squats and deadlifts. So believe me, I completely get really you’re coming from. Back pain is one thing. The nerve pain, whole other set of shittiness. I feel for ya brother.

Okay - there are few things in the world that are less interesting to me than sports... but when I saw Carl's post I thought that was some home colors there... So, thanks Lex for confirming that I'm not crazy.

Wait... that's a bit much... confirming I have seen bumper stickers around with those colors on it? I think the crazy is still a distinct possibility.

I always highly approve of any garden tomato sandwich. I live on the damn things during the season. Bread (lightly toasted), tomato, salt and pepper and I know the popular choice is Mayo for it, but do a little butter instead, the sweetness from it goes perfect.
