We just "escaped from Utah" and are settling into our new place here in Pennsylvania. The day after I finished unloading the moving truck, I pinched a nerve in my lower back. I spent a week gimping around like an 80-year-old with a broken hip. I'm finally moving better, but I know exactly what you mean.
