To be fair they were always going to be screaming rigged. They did it in 2020 and they have set it up to do it in 2024.

Being President for four years is a very difficult job. You have to be in good health to do this job effectively, even when you have a cold.

Biden did not look healthy. He and his spouse need to be honest about this. If they are, then some sort of resolution will result. If they try to cover it up, then his Presidential campaign and down-ballot campaigns for the Democrats will take a significant hit.

Another public performance like that in an interview, at a rally, or at the next debate, and there can be a serious discussion.

I’ll take the campaign at their word that he had a cold. The hoarse voice and cough were fairly convincing. President Biden gets ONE mulligan.

President Biden’s shaky performance / presentation doesn’t confer a free-pass to the corrupt orange traitor for a WORSE performance when it comes to dodging questions and LYING.

The corrupt orange traitor also made some weird faces during the debate when President Biden was scoring some points.

As someone who can't stand either candidate, I thought this debate was great. Can we get this weekly? One who can't tell the truth and one who has no idea what he is saying or how to say it.

Maybe they can play golf, miked up and just let the comedy run. Can we pass a law saying you have to be over 76, not 36, to run for President?

The LIES about abortion were beyond egregious.

The LIES about President Biden’s tax plan were ridiculous.

The LIES about what great shape he left the country in when President Biden took over was laughable.

The LIES he told about January 6th were criminal.

The LIES he told about how respected America was around the world when he was President probably made Putin, Xi, Kim, AND our allies laugh.

The LIE about Stormy Daniels was pathetic: even he didn’t believe it when he said it.

And it was then Vice President Biden’s performance against Paul Ryan in the VP debate that turned the tide back to the Obama-Biden ticket in that election.



And yes, President Obama’s performance was much better in the second debate.

I agree with you 100%. He has accomplished a tremendous amount.
Now, someone has to convince him to step aside, and the Dems have to figure out how to replace him with a strong candidate, preferably someone who had not been chasing the position for years. Someone who doesn't really want the job but agrees to do it to bring the party together because it is so critical to win this election, and Biden does not look like he can do it.

Enough with this Michelle Obama. Like RFK Jr., she has no training/credentials for the job whatsoever, and she'd likely be the first one to tell you that. You might as well suggest Oprah Winfrey.

The most believable quick substitute would be Gavin Newsom, I think. But if the Republicans aren't willing to let loose of a corrupt felon and rapist, why should the Democrats be knee-jerk in dropping someone so experienced he can run rings around Trump even in a daze and has a competent staff around him who wouldn't later refuse to endorse him?
