Haha, I may have been at that concert, shame Stockdale blew the rest of the band off, still living off this albumExcellent choice.
I saw these guys before they blew up in popularity and it was one of the best concerts I ever attended. I drove to Newcastle with my new flatmate and we got rip roaring drunk together and ended up eating crackers in the shower of some random hostel together after the show.

Day 10: A song to pump up a crowd
I’m picking this song just to be a bit different, and also because I will be seeing these fools live next Wednesday. Dressed in their best Dwarven outfits and playing their nerdy fantasy metal and I can’t wait. This song absolutely fits the theme.
A comment on the YouTube video:

If that isn’t the definition of getting a crowd pumped up, I don’t know what is.

They played at the uni back in 2005 and were pretty big around then - by 2007 they had played a ton of festivals around the world, maybe at the Cambridge in 2007? Another great venue lost
