Oh man, I'm tired but:

• Access to a lovely freshwater lake
• Robust state and national parks

Now, there are of course pockets of grinding poverty, and whole towns that have been more or less ground to dust by race-to-bottom employment policies, and shit like that, but honestly, if you hate living in Ohio, I question how hard you're trying to find the good.
