I sleep, it's just that I'm still on overdrive for several hours. Asthma meds are to blame at least partly - one of them activates the nerve system, and I'm sensitive to that. But I can't live without...
 
Also … don’t take too much magnesium.. or you will poo yourself.

True. Also if you take the wrong kind of magnesium. Magnesium oxide is only good as a anti-constipation med... Not as a supplement. Even citrate may not be the optimal version if you are sensitive, though generally it's some -ate ending compound that is best.

Then again, if I take 2 capsules instead of one, i notice it's too much, but it's not too dramatic, so you can just increase one by one, until you notice it's better to back down by one.

Citrate is the worst … I take oxide as per neurologist recommendation and it’s fine. Just not more than 400mg a day.

Doctors here say the oxide is only good against constipation and recommend citrate instead - and that's what I've found in various sources too. You are the first one ever I hear or read saying that oxide is better.
 
So… am I the only dumb fuck that tried the challenge yesterday… i feel so used, like that kid in school where the class hero names a stupid stunt to see who the most insecure kid looking for attention is… and it was me.

That’s what I thought too … then again, with anything health related… it’s personal to each person and there’s almost nothing that is universally true.
