*now that I'm comfortably situated on my soap box, I would also like to add that positive body image starts with parents as well. I can remember resolving that i would not be negative about my body in front of my kids. 4 days after baby #3 came into the world, my daughter saw me step into the shower. My oldest, age 4 then, asked with a quizzical look, why my tummy was "flopsy". Now, I wanted to melt & cry (where my moms at, you ladies get it!)
