Question/request for my fellow shenaniganners:

What's your go-to method to get yourself out of a funk? I've been dealing with my MDD as of late and am having a hard time shaking off the malaise and lack of motivation. Thought I'd see if you lovely lot have any suggestions.
I find just breaking the routine is best for me. Do something different, meet someone who you haven't seen in a while to bring in a whole new topic of conversation. Routine for me at times is a slump at times
