sending all the love …. Lately when I’ve been in the funk …. I’ve tried to find a good book to keep my brain occupied..Question/request for my fellow shenaniganners:
What's your go-to method to get yourself out of a funk? I've been dealing with my MDD as of late and am having a hard time shaking off the malaise and lack of motivation. Thought I'd see if you lovely lot have any suggestions.
Also having good friends helps… I’ve had some people completely cheer me up … make me laugh and keep me distracted. Before I know it … I’m starting to feel better.
Also good music helps!! … sometimes taking a nice drive with some of your favourite tunes… that’s so healing.
