I remember growing rhubarb in MI as a kid. And I think my mom made it into pies, I'm thinking strawberry-rhubarb, but I don't know. Maybe? (Not often, and it was good, but as a Michigan Boy, it's Cherry Pie....it's always Cherry Pie....for me at least).
