Kar-I-Less Flake -- 'Toss out the election and appoint me.'

"
PHOENIX — An expert testifying at Republican Kari Lake’s trial challenging her defeat in Arizona governor’s race said Thursday that her claims about the impact of Election Day lines and voter disenfranchisement on the outcome weren’t backed by evidence.

Kenneth Mayer, a political science professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, also criticized a claim by a pollster who testified on Lake's behalf that technical problems at polling places had disenfranchised enough voters that it would have been a game-changer in the contest ultimately won by Democrat Katie Hobbs with just over 17,000 votes.

There is absolutely no evidence to support that conclusion,” Mayer said of the pollster's argument for Lake, calling those “a series of assumptions and speculation.”

Yup, an expert hired by the County to say that there wasn't any evidence testified that there wasn't any evidence. Damn, what a shocker!

Meanwhile, there's all that documented evidence that the machines were INTENTIONALLY configured to print incorrectly so that the ballots couldn't be tabulated. AND that it was done on election day morning before the polls opened.

Imagine that...

I think the best part was the closing argument by the County's attorney that if you vote on election day, then you should be prepared to be screwed by the elections commission and have your vote discarded and not counted. "It's all your fault that we didn't count your vote." What an amazing and bold strategy in a case where that's the exact issue being examined.

Pointing out how wrong you are, and glaringly, I guess would look like there isn’t a conversation.

Let’s try this…

Ohhhh Arpy, please do opine on all the things you know so much more about than the rest of the world.

Did I miss it? I know I blinked.

Again, being wrong all the time has to be painful- so sorry about that for you. Please return to defending your alt right views that you think are the best ever. They are completely wrong and are devoid of anything that even resembles fact.

If you had one lone example, which you don’t, of a voting rule change that was “illegal” for 2020 that is more than “it allowed all people to actually vote instead counting on just conservative die hards”… we are all ears.

Again… crickets.

Heck pick a state, I’ll go through the changes one at a time with you.

What’s that, another insult about how you aren’t feeling engaged in the conversation since you have nothing to at all to actually meet the topic? Pity for you.

Thanks this has been fun!
I think that you believe that your attempt at a coherent argument makes sense. That doesn't mean that it does, only that you believe it does.

Meanwhile, in the real world:

The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled Friday that election drop boxes are illegal under the state’s election statutes. In a 4-3 ruling, the court ruled that the drop boxes, instituted in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic for voting ease, violated Wisconsin law. Sixty-six of Wisconsin’s 72 counties used such drop boxes in the 2020 general election...

The decision in the lawsuit, Teigen v. Wisconsin Election Commission upheld a Waukesha County Circuit Court’s decision from January, which concluded that guidance issued by the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) was “not permitted under Wisconsin law...

If the right to vote is to have any meaning at all, elections must be conducted according to law. Throughout history, tyrants have claimed electoral victory via elections conducted in violation of governing law...

That's 1. Which is all you asked for.

GO FUCK YOURSELF
Really, a little basic amateur investigation is all that’s needed to learn how ballots get counted. If you can’t be bothered to look it up and decide to spread lies instead, then you are fucking yourself.

Again.

And how was that decision to have the drop boxes reached? Who created the WEC? Republican Governor Scott Walker, I’m case you weren’t sure.

WEC issued in March of 2020 “options for ensuring that the maximum number of ballots are returned” and included drop boxes where “clerks should ensure they are secure, can be monitored for security purposes, and should be regularly emptied.” Their directives also said “a family member or another person may also return the ballot on behalf of the voter.”

Should folks in Wisconsin wanted to challenge it PRIOR to the election, since it didn’t meet the statue, they should have done that. Did they? Nope. When the results didn’t go their way then it was look for an out. I mean the Republicans could get a Supreme Court nominee confirmed in weeks, when they didn’t think it should be rushed four years earlier. Now you want to cry because the Republican created WEC published guidance for all voting districts in the state and no one challenged it until there were results.

There was time to challenge it, but they didn’t. And now you want to disenfranchise voters and their votes because the WEC put out guidance (the commissioner was confirmed by UNANIMOUS vote in the WI senate in 2018 after being appointed by the bipartisan commission) that wasn’t challenged ahead of time.

It’s one thing if you got it changed prior to the election and some districts still did it, but after the fact striking down all of those votes isn’t the course of action,

There was time to challenge after the primary in April, before the general election.

So moving forward, they can adjust how the voting is done.

In Wisconsin, they had the chance to handle it. Didn’t. And now you are holding this us up as your illegal example? This is your first one?

Try harder.

Oh my, the "look it's all being done by the Republicans" denial.

WHO was in charge at the time is irrelevant to the illegality of the acts.

But then you know that and are instead only throwing shit around in order to get attention. Good for you.

Birdbrain seems ...... Upset.

And insane.
You seem to get upset whenever I tell the little phuckwad to fuck off.

Why is that? Are you and it "besties" and your widdle feelers get hurt when it oversteps and gets slapped down?

What law was broken, and who was injured by it?

Never mind. You’re discussing Wisconsin instead of Arizona now.

The Maricopa County Superior Court is ruling against Kari Lake in her lawsuit accusing Secretary of State and governor-elect Katie Hobbs of misconduct related to the administration of the election.

Maybe she could do an Only Fans page for Birdbrain.
