Yup, an expert hired by the County to say that there wasn't any evidence testified that there wasn't any evidence. Damn, what a shocker!"
PHOENIX — An expert testifying at Republican Kari Lake’s trial challenging her defeat in Arizona governor’s race said Thursday that her claims about the impact of Election Day lines and voter disenfranchisement on the outcome weren’t backed by evidence.
Kenneth Mayer, a political science professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, also criticized a claim by a pollster who testified on Lake's behalf that technical problems at polling places had disenfranchised enough voters that it would have been a game-changer in the contest ultimately won by Democrat Katie Hobbs with just over 17,000 votes.
“There is absolutely no evidence to support that conclusion,” Mayer said of the pollster's argument for Lake, calling those “a series of assumptions and speculation.”

Meanwhile, there's all that documented evidence that the machines were INTENTIONALLY configured to print incorrectly so that the ballots couldn't be tabulated. AND that it was done on election day morning before the polls opened.
Imagine that...
I think the best part was the closing argument by the County's attorney that if you vote on election day, then you should be prepared to be screwed by the elections commission and have your vote discarded and not counted. "It's all your fault that we didn't count your vote." What an amazing and bold strategy in a case where that's the exact issue being examined.
