All I can say is try to present the best. Things will be different (yet better) at home, but get the home health care part set up so that care can continue. Not suffering from this nagging feeling in my guts about what will happen when my missus gets back from rehab. Physically she seems OK, but what head-space is she going to be in?
Just a thought with no judgement, set up therapy for not only her but for you too. Your mental state is just as important. Not worried about the physical side, as we are setting up home healthcare; it is the mental/emotional side. I'm ill-equipped to handle it, as I live in the emotional shallow end of the pool. She/We have been through two cancer diagnoses and a stroke in the last 18 months. Emotionally, I'm fried.
For me, it is on the 'to do' list, and it needs to get on the 'done too' list. I know I am under a lot of strain because my mind keeps straying down some very gloomy back alleys, and the occasional day-dream about living a different life is becoming obsessive.Just a thought with no judgement, set up therapy for not only her but for you too. Your mental state is just as important.
I would be more than happy to lather you up .I was in a zoom class meeting. My app froze though, so I left early. Shower time now, but I’d rather be showering with someone.
Me having to remind myself that folks can see if I roll my eyes.I would very very much like to be doing anything other than trying to look interested in this Zoom meeting
