I like it too. I haven't quite sold my old house yet, but I wish to get going during the summer. Probably renting, I don't feel like choosing something to buy and renovate (and with my budget it would need a renovation!).
But damn is it difficult to match budget, suitable layout and decent location!

Yeah.... it is a challenge! My family is trying to buy a house for all of us (me, my parents, my sister & her twin girls) right now and it has been.... difficult
Imagine trying to find an apartment, but having to consider not only your own needs & likes, but the needs & likes of 3 other adults

Not just your needs, but I imagine there are not plenty of houses suitable for you, you probably don't want just a normal house with enough bedrooms, but something that gives you more privacy within the house.Yeah.... it is a challenge! Seriously! Which we might be able to afford, if we moved to the middle of the woods in Maine
Otherwise nothing close to that is not in the cards unless 1) we get lucky and find a 3 family house or 2) one of us wins the lottery
