Jesus, that’s no way to live. No union membership either, assumably?Yes, it does. It very rarely is in my company though

Yes, I am a member. I tried getting help from them since November and finally got a call back yesterday! They’ve told me to walk out. I’m too scared to.Jesus, that’s no way to live. No union membership either, assumably?
Are saffrons crocusses? Those little spring flowers? They grow in my garden too!Even saffrons seemed to be thirsty, although there should have still been moisture from all the snow that melted not so long time ago...
Afraid of not finding anything else instead? I can feel you... Didn't walk out for that reason. Burned out twice - I can assure my current long-term sickleave is not just due to me beind a widow! They’ve told me to walk out. I’m too scared to.
Yes! I thing saffron is a more general term, including even the wild varieties. There just isn't spring without them! Are saffrons crocusses? Those little spring flowers? They grow in my garden too!
Not a permanent walk out, a temporary oneAfraid of not finding anything else instead? I can feel you... Didn't walk out for that reason. Burned out twice - I can assure my current long-term sickleave is not just due to me beind a widow!
Should have walked out WAY earlier. Sometimes the risk in leaving is actually smaller than in staying.
The union really gave you that advice? You might want to double check that with them. Just to make sure that you are not terminating your own contract of employment by doing so and in turn also breaching your contract by not giving due notice. Not a permanent walk out, a temporary one
What they actually said was declare myself unfit for work, due to the specific situation. I was being vague to try to encourage a change of subject! The union really gave you that advice? There is nothing as fun as throwing a really good partner around the dance floorWell... Yes. Then again on the dance floor I've danced with plenty of men that I would never, ever take to any bedroom. And with several whom it will only be "a few minutes in another reality", never to happen in this reality, but very nice on the dance floor.
I guess that depends on whether you catch them as well! There is nothing as fun as throwing a really good partner around the dance floor
Dancing really is the best thing to be done with clothes on! And when the man can really lead... I am addicted to dancing. Really. There is nothing as fun as throwing a really good partner around the dance floor
I actually got literally lifted off the floor last time!I guess that depends on whether you catch them as well!![]()
An actual throw means you never let go. You go to full extension and then pull them backI guess that depends on whether you catch them as well!![]()
Oh, I know! I meant still holding on to them, but it was more amusing to say it the other wayAn actual throw means you never let go. You go to full extension and then pull them back
Ok. I didn’t realise about the change of subject. I need to be told straight as I don’t pick up on subtle hints. Can somebody put a big NO TALKING ABOUT WORK sign up somewhere. Neon flashing would be helpfulWhat they actually said was declare myself unfit for work, due to the specific situation. I was being vague to try to encourage a change of subject! We should all be having laughs and smiles here

Most places I danced required a foot contacting the floor rule. I can’t do those kinds of moves. One guy did a 360 spin feet head feet but it was with his espouse so there was consent.I actually got literally lifted off the floor last time!Never happened before. Most partners don't even consider such a move, and most women wouldn't want to be lifted.
I might want to dance with you, actually. An actual throw means you never let go. You go to full extension and then pull them back
We‘re okay to talk about work, and I really appreciate everyone offering advice and support. I need it - I’m so frazzled and confused that talking it through helps! But I’ve had someone really have a go at me for talking about it on here, and I can’t handle drama on here too when I’m already terrified about battling my employer, and trying to manage my health as well. I need to let things out to avoid triggering my anxiety, but if it’s upsetting other people - well I don’t want to be the reason others are pissed offOk. I didn’t realise about the change of subject. Samples in my signatureI might want to dance with you, actually.

No strict rules here. But it was kind of bridal style (him spinning 360), and I guess he had already noticed I can follow whatever he does. (It was pretty easy to follow him, although he did plenty of stuff new to me.)Most places I danced required a foot contacting the floor rule. I can’t do those kinds of moves. I think it is OK to talk about it, you are not the only one needing to let blow steam sometimesWe‘re okay to talk about work, and I really appreciate everyone offering advice and support.
