Chaos... to be continued

I used to a morning person when I was younger... Books were the thing back then - definitely a favourite thing! Then health issues changed the whole damn thing.
I used to be able to sleep until noon but I am a very old woman now and am always awake with the larks now 😂😂😂

I don’t really mind, I like when everyone else is sleeping

The person I live with sleeps until 2:30pm on their work days and even later when not working! I love a bit of time to myself in the morning, but when it drags on through half the day it becomes frustrating having to be quiet 🙄

Same for me, I always have to give myself hours to be on the safe side
I've never been able to force myself to to do that. Just whining in the mornings while forcing myself to get up and going.

Of course I would be faster if just got myself up and to the bathroom to take the meds... There have been an innumerable amount of mornings where I would have really needed a swat from Daddy, "now get yourself to the bathroom, there will be breakfast when you are done". Just didn't have a Daddy before now...

I have no choice, I won’t be able to get through the day if I don’t follow a set medical routine in the morning. It’s a big part of the reason I’m in dispute with my employer, as they want me to work until midnight then come back a few hours later for morning shifts and I just can’t do it

I lived with someone who slept until the afternoon, and got to bed just as late. Doing his stuff in the garage when I had free time. Now he didn't ask me to be quiet, but it was still annoying as hell.

I am trying not get started on the laws necessary to protect employees health... (which we have here)

The thing is, here it is so clear they need to give ALL employees the necessary resting time, that they seldom try to go against it. They would get hell in court otherwise.
The issue is that he is using the legal rest time between shifts definition for someone who has a medical condition meaning a longer one is needed. So he is using the law, just incorrectly in this situation

If it is only a few hours for a healthy person, the law is much more lax than here.
