Chaos... to be continued

By the way, I just want to say thank you everyone for allowing me to share some of what is going on for me lately, and brainstorming with me at times! I suffer with anxiety, and the past year has taught me that my anxiety is greatly reduced if I don’t bottle things up. A lot of the people in my personal life are connected to my work, so I can’t talk to them about the work issues. You won’t realise it, but you guys have really kept my anxiety down, which is how I ended up in problem solving mode, rather than panic mode - so thank you for that!
You are most welcome LM. This can be a tough old world sometimes, and anxiety is a difficult disease that is far more common than most people think — and all too often shuffled under the rug. We need to help each other to make it from one day to the next. We are here for you to help in any way possible. So good to hear that you are shifting from panic mode to problem-solving mode.

I know some have got annoyed by it, so I just wanted to make sure everyone knew how helpful it can be to not only hear someone out - but to SHOW they’ve been heard too. It’s been a tough day, but I’m a step closer to making my work be supportive of my pre existing conditions whilst I look for another job!
I can’t imagine anyone getting annoyed by the opportunity to help a fellow human overcome some of the hurdles that life has put in their way. I sure don’t feel that way. I hope you sleep well tonight and that the world looks a little brighter to you tomorrow.

Evening y’all. Got myself a cocktail and a basketball game on the TV. Now to wait out the little one to fall the heck asleep. Then I can finally actually unwind. :)
