And my employer says part time staff have to be on call for 3x their contracted hours, and full time have to be on call for 1.5x their contracted hours shorter work weeks would be amazing!

I really wish I could get a decent living with less, su 20-30h, because 40h has consistently lead me to burnout. I just don't have to spoons for it in the long term.

No rain today at all! It's pretty warm and pleasant actually! The countryside around us is lovely at the moment - everything is green, with flowering bluebells and wild garlic in the woods, and fields of yellow rapeseed all over.

Bright and sunny here too. The wild violet blossoms have taken over the yard and the apple tree is blossoming

I think shorter working weeks would see more people in work and as the workload would be split more, and individuals would have better health. I think it would be a great thing

There are process engineers at my work that do 2 x 12h day shifts and then 2 x 12h night shifts then get 7 days off…. AND they get paid like $55/hr
