Most likely since these are the same dumb people who made me pay insurance premiums on hubby before his green card was approved and he wasn't in the country. They said it wasn't a "qualifying event" even thought I showed them proof from the Federal website that said it was. They're also the same people who want us to write SMART goals, but won't let us give anyone the highest rating, which makes the goals not attainable so technically they're SMRT goals.

She's online, so I feel better seeing her name and being able to chat with her and can ask if she needs anything. She's honestly probably getting more rest there, away from the kids. lol

I love the SMRT goals! Thats one of the many reasons I'm leaving my place.

Wow your HR sucks... and not in the good way you could probably raise some hell over that first one, but then they would be even a bigger pain to you, so there would be pros and cons

I’ve worked in consultancy, IT, telecoms, retail education, you name it. Each of them have their own jargon and TLAs. There are Part of the vocabulary whichever sector you work in.
