The official death count for covid across all of China is 3000 deaths!

So, I'm always skeptical of state control and state control media and even if their death rate is 10 times this...it is a universe away from what the rest of the world is experiencing.

Wuhan experienced a hard two month lockdown....no leaving your home for two months.

It resulted in complete eradicatation of covid.

I think if there was anyhting like what europe or America suffered in china we
would have heard about it. China is pretty good at controlling info, but absolutely
nowhere near that good. Even during the early days of covid tons of information
was pouring out of china online.

The horrible depressing fact that no one will want to hear is that china got out of
this relatively unscathed and even grew their economy during it. The virus came
from china, and china grew off the back of it while most the rest of the world contracted
economically horrifically.


The potential timeline for china overtaking America economically went from being
in the next 10-30 years to being in the next 5-15 years due to America's economy
getting fucked by covid.

Trump really has done a stunning amount of damage in the short 4 years he was
in office. You could probably knock off another few years on that china timeline if
he had gotten another 4 years. That asshole didn't even have a plan for covid. No
plan for covid= taking even longer to unfuck the economy.

America was very very lucky to get Biden in and it's time for the country to get its
head out of its ass and stop fucking itself while china grows and grows
unchecked.



There are 4 Chinese people for every one American. China has the same square
mileage as America. There's so much free space and potential America is not
taking advantage of. Right wingers arent going to want to hear it but the answer
to beating china economically is obvious.
