When is white America going to stand up against school shootings?

It is a problem that has plagued whites for decades and yet they still allow their children access to their guns.
Why is the white community so silent on this issue?

I wonder what the percentage of attempted suicides by gun is? Not pretty if you survive a gunshot wound to the face/head.
