Almighty God, Sovereign of the most High, Bless this New Year and protect us from our follies.

My God and my Salvation, forgive us of our sins and look not at our trespasses and transgressions and if you cannot by way of your word and promises make them of no effect I pray thee do not aid our enemies empowered to punish us as we should be.

My father have mercy on your children whom must act as to your will set by bounds and ordinances as you have directed, finding no joy in our actions of disobedience but surely must suffer from the penalties set forth because once given thy word cannot be broken here on earth or in Heaven.

Everlasting Hope and Comfort, aid us in doing your will, strengthen our bodies, minds and spirits and embolden us to rise to your expectations in this coming year and help repair our country so that we may hold our heads up among the nations and they KNOW you have blessed us and we fear you and that you will use your fury unleashed for disobedience.

I AM is our blessing and our curse. We are a people not reckoned among the Heathen to be Gods people, yet the symbols and emblems of YOUR people abound in our land. Therefore stretch out thy hand in blessing or curse to let it be known that we belong.

I don't normally write prayers I was just trying to piss off the Atheist and haters, and it doesn't hurt to plead your case before you need to!

The words just happened.

God does that sometime... He put words in my mouth of future events once were people died. The buss load of people I assured would come back safe did. Another buss load from another church did not.

I only intended to wish them well but... that is NOT what I said. I still shiver when I remember my voice resonating through the room and the bus driver eyes widening when I told him that"I AM" sure they would arrive back safely.

Never met the man before in my life. Watching the news about one of the church buses on that trip wrecking the next week freaked me out for awhile.

As a side note I tell anyone knocking on my door selling religion to go away immediately, in a tone of voice and phrase they know not to ever come back. I don't knock on their doors or hang out in their domains with the purpose of enticing provocation as you have stated of your intention here.

Father, as we are well into the second quarter of this year, we thank you for the many mercies and the patience you have shown us. Thank you for the unity even the heathen have expressed in these troubling times.

We think you for the uncommonly sensible leadership that eventually shines through and we pray that you will impart your wisdom generously, for truly we all are lost sheep in this ordeal and the way other then trusting in you is not clear.

We ask you for your protection from the secondary effects of a disaster of this magnitude as well as the wrath of the Evil one whom toils day and night for our destruction.

Bless our people here and all over the world caught up in distress and confusion and comfort them and remind them of you words.
