Well, that is what the wheel is for. Though I think the wheel is missing something, for next year. Not sure what. Maybe more bling and oh the wheel spin click click sounds. Oh, I know, I know, maybe you can Vanna it. It is sound in its fuctionally but it is missing that flair.

There's no rule that says that you have to make your speech right after your category is announced. PhotoKink posted a lovely speech yesterday a while after winning for Most Erotic Photo.
