The nipple whisky references here are to a pic I posted a page or so ago. Here is the original posting of the pic in the Weekly ABC thread.

In this case, it's really more whisky with a wee drop or two of nipple water. To truly be nipple whisky/whiskey, I think it would have to be poured over the nipple and into the glass.
