LOL - it's just a pair of nipple clips. The clothes hanger adds nothing that a chain between the two clips (the standard connection) would not do. Visually you might say WOW, but there really is no big deal here.

That is a damn sexy shot. I travel quite a bit, so a lot of time in hotels - and any hotel usually has two or three of those hangers. I was once in a hotel having a casual encounter which turned real quick to improvised kinky - and we used the hanger. First, those clamps have a hell of a pinch to them, not for the faint of heart...but the result was spectacular! (Both visually and sexually - and I will say that visuals matter, especially to folks like me who are visually oriented.)

No wonder she has a bit of a "pained" expression -- on her face (I would also!). And of course when the mouse traps are removed, the blood rushing back into those nipples will be even more agonizing. Maybe his hand in a place off-camera is mitigating the pain.
