Mary McAleese - Ireland - The areas where she could not find justice during her presidency were things that inspired her work after her appointment was through. Her actions as a serving leader are inspiring.

There are several and not just for sexual reasons. I admire people who can allow their personalities to be seen here in a way that allows others to see them for who they are without trying too hard.
