I was a guest on the TV show The Art Linkletter Show and got interviewed by him for a while (showing my advanced age)...When I was in Navy Boot Camp my boot camp company was featured in the short-running Don Rickles TV show CPO Sharkey. When I was stationed at Pearl Harbor, I was filmed surfing (from far away) for the opening credits for the Magnum, PI show.

No. If they loved me they would be horrified that I would risk myself that way. Having driven in a snowstorm, it would likely take 5 times as long to travel the 100 miles, assuming I didn't get stuck or have to pull over and wait it out.
