I love Rory's twilight zone spin on this.

Let's follow the sequence. I ask if he's going to make another promise to not post again.

He asks if I'll man up and do it.

I say I will if he will.

he takes me up on it and now plays it that he's some kind of martyr for doing what I led him into and acting like I'm a 'chickenshit' because I expect a bet to be a two sided wager.

Best fact is it means everything to him, nothing to me(refer back to my other post in this thread, I took six months off posting last year on my own) but he still takes it.

Because he can't not be the center of attention and act like he's 'brave' from behind his keyboard. Like ducks in a barrel to predict what he'll do and say.

Hey Rory? I want to do the thing. I get too addicted to this site and it's unhealthy. I know I've not been back long, but I can already feel the insidious claws in me.

I can post in the author's place if I want to get feedback on stories right? This is just for the gb? Because that's where I need incentive not to post. I don't get addicted as bad to the other boards.

Hey Rory, I don't think you are going to get Ann or the other constantly-posting Lit Deplorables to enter your wager, because they have little or no life outside of Lit.

It's just too big of a risk for them.
