wow, i doubt that there's many activities out there that haven't been replicated by someone else.
Closest i could get to that would be; Play Nights. My Den becomes a dungeon, with a few bits of equipment/furniture and the whole 9 yards of toys including a fuck machine. We start off with a little roleplay over a drink or two and things eventually progress with all manner of fun.
