Literotica mention in NY Times

This made me lol.

"The data shows that the hours between 2 and 4 a.m. are prime time for big questions: What is the meaning of consciousness? Does free will exist? Is there life on other planets? The popularity of these questions late at night may be a result, in part, of cannabis use."

Literotica users come from all over the world. Between 2 and 4 a.m. New York Time doesn't apply to most Lit readers.

the LITEROTICA mentioned is

Erotic Literature

I was reading stories here for a longtime before I even noticed this part of the site. Longer still till I actually wandered in here.

Hmm

The audio stories drew me. I still love them!
Then the chat... But that died
Then here

Me too. I was reading stories here for 5 or 6 years before joining this part of Lit.

I can't recall when I first noticed the GB, but my introduction to this site came as an invitation to read the first chapter of a story a member had written and submitted. She wanted to know what I thought of it. I told her I was impressed with her talent, but some editing would make her writing better. She asked if I would edit for her, and I agreed. I wound up editing all of her first two stories, both of which turned out to be very popular and highly rated here to this day, which pleases me no end, even though I realize it's almost entirely due to her talent and not my editing. Anyway, I've been here on this site ever since my introduction. I think it's an addiction. :)

I quoted a part of the article that I thought was funny.

It had zero to do with Lit.
