MOLLY!!!!! I don't make them. I do use the "new" year to try to start afresh in some ways. For example, I got the "sticky notes" app for my computer and tablet and I now have "to do" lists. Trying to get organized. I also started a diet. (No more donuts for a while
). But there are other times of the year when I "start anew" as well. So, it's not the only time.
I seldom completely adopt a new habit, but I have had some success at times too. It's a journey...yada yada...
Do you have a regular exercise regime?

I've been far too sedentary recently, I guess more exercise is top of my starting anew list...Do you find yourself adding jobs you've already completed to your 'to do' list, just so you can have the pleasure of crossing them off again straight away?
