Difference between Libs and Cons

Wait, just a sec... how are condoms not covered? You can go to the health department right now and get a GIANT bag of condoms, literally hundreds of them in a brown paper bag. They give them away all day long from 8am-4:30pm. You don't even have to have an appointment or exam or anything. I never bought condoms unless I wanted something special. To many places give them away for free. And they're lifestyles. There are literally like, a hundred to. They also give prenatal vitamins, even if you're a dude. You're like, "I don't need these. I have a dong."

They're like, "Give them to your girlfriend."
"I've got the condoms. She's not gonna get pregnant to need prenatal vitamins."
"Then give them to your friends or something. Go away. We need to see people that need medical attention."

Side question- taking vitamins is good for you. Would it hurt me to take those? They have a fuck-ton of calcium. It says so in giant letters.

I've mentioned this before here multiple times, condoms are free at your county's health department as well as at Planned Parenthood and any number of social health agencies. Pornstarwannabe will act like he didn't see your post though.

I'm tired of this dumbass argument.

Condoms aren't prescription drugs, therefore like tennis balls they are not covered under prescription drug plans.

Put on your thinking cap. A plan is only what the plan is. Confusing? How about this one: it is what it is. There is not a rule that states a prescription drug plan is forbidden to include non-prescription items. If the powers that be determine that they want to include it in the plan, than it can be included. You did not know this?

Condoms can help prevent cancer? that's amazing

hair transplants help prevent ovarian cysts in men? fascinating

and why arent you bitching about viagra still being included in many of these packages... why is it okay for viagra to stay around... but somehow it's morally offensive that birth control could be covered?

I guess you missed the point of the recent BC debate. The issue is this: the government should not force organizations to supply BC pills if it is against that organization's principles. It really is that simple.

As for Viagra, is the government forcing organization to supply this pill in their plans for free, or at a steeply discounted price? Nope. They are not. No issue.

Great, so women get to pick up tBC pill in a nice place like a pharmacist, supermarket, etc), yet the masses have to go to where the down trodden frequent so they can get free condoms? Sounds like "separate but equal" to me.

It's very simple, actually....

Liberals put the needs of their country ahead of the needs of their party.
Conservatives put the needs of their party ahead of the needs of their country.

Oh, is that right? The needs of the country (and this is undisputed) calls for spending less than we take in. Where are the Libs on that? They refuse to spend less.
