Oh, I could judge them on things but not on having all the kids they want. As long as they don't ask for support and there is no neglect or abuse then it's their own business. People hate on them over it and it's stupid and hypocritical to do so.

Now if you want to discuss their views on religion, dating, etc then I got plenty of judging to do.

Half the posers on here think any Christian is too stupid to be living and have no tolerance for belief of any kind. They are threatened by it and will leap to attack any statement of belief. That leaves 1% who will agree with you. It might be less.

About wearing pants...I haven't seen the show very often, but I did see an episode where the mother was asked about that. She said the girls are allowed to wear pants, but choose not to. Modesty is something they teach their children, and the girls choose to model that.

I don't view that family as a cult, they seem very stable and loving. I can't imagine having that many kids, and I wouldn't want to. But I don't see any reason they shouldn't if they can afford them and want them. They certainly don't neglect them or beat them or expose them to drugs or a revolving door of sex partners. They teach them to be supportive, polite, friendly, respectful, hard working, and honest. Aren't those things all parents want their children to be?

I've been watching the show and you have to respect that family, they have faith in God, morals the kids follow and each and every child has respect for the parents.

The family is a fine example of how others should be raising children.

I still can't believe that they take their family vacations in Missouri performing in religious based plays. That all of them seem to like it.
