As far as rejecting people for being beta- which I assume you're using to mean "meek"- I do- but if everyone did that, I would never get laid. So... Beta guys aren't necessarily rejected- I mean, I get laid pretty regular even when I don't have a constant partner- so I'm not sure how that would be turning any tables or anything. It's pretty easy to get laid as long as you take care of yourself and aren't a dick.

I step out of line as a male all the time. The beauty standard isn't universally feminized. But I do understand what you're saying. Especially in the gay community. It's much more acceptable to be a masculine female (you seem to like masculine energy women) then a feminine male. As far as the double standard, though, it's a double-edged sword. Men and women both have genders with perks and trade-offs. I'm willing to open the door if I don't have to endure bleeding, cysts, childbirth and the like. I'm totally willing to give up social power and buy the goddamn food if I'm gonna get paid 1/3 more for doing just as half-assed a job.

But I want paternity leave. For the love of fucking god. And I want shared custody- custody laws in Ky are ridiculous. There are real problems in gender inequality- you don't have to make them up.
