In some states courts have ruled that women have a legal right to expose their breasts in public (not for breast feeding but just because they want people to see them or for any reason at all).
If that's the case, then shouldn't men have the right to drop their pants in public and show their wieners? When a woman is standing upright you can't really see her privates, so its a fallacy to suggest that bottomless woman = bottomless man. In the real world topless woman = bottomless man in terms of nudity far more so which means that these states are in fact discriminating against men.
Is this a case of people view a naked woman as a thing of beauty and a naked man as a threat to public safety? Isn't this the 21st century? Are we this biased?
